Our technologies
Our main quarry is situated on 348,000 square meters of company-owned land in the South of Jordan.
At our plant, we can produce up to 250,000 tons per year of processed material, ranging from granular (up to 3mm) to coated and natural Calcium Carbonate (down to d97 3.5µ).
The plant is fully automated, from material feeding to palletizing, maximizing efficiency and output standardization.
The company also owns and operates its own fleet of equipment, ranging from drill hole machinery, dump trucks, wheel loaders, bulldozers, and excavators.
Our state-of-the-art machinery has been sourced from the industry’s top-name brands and utilizes the industry’s latest technology
The plant has been designed with the utmost flexibility and customization in mind; all grades can be either packed in paper/jumbo bags or loaded on trucks. Additionally, particle shape and size distribution can be controlled due to the different types of production lines in operation.
How We Do It –
Stage 1
Our investments in technology have given us the competitive advantage to mine and produce Calcium Carbonate products of the highest quality with few impurities. Our process is simple yet cost-effective.
Overburden is first removed. Then we remove the first layer of Calcium Carbonate to enhance quality and minimize impurity. The material is quarried by drilling blast holes into the earth. Raw material is sorted to ensure only pure Calcium Carbonate is further processed
Clean material is sized into smaller chunks to be processed by our crusher. Further sorting can occur at this stage, depending on the customer’s specific needs and requirements. Material that passes inspection is loaded onto dump trucks and transported to our crushing plant.
Before entering the crushing plant, the material enters a grizzly screen to remove any minute impurities and residue. The rejected material is discarded, and the accepted material moves to the primary and secondary crushing plants.
The crushing plant consists of various crushers that can produce 400,000 tons per year of material ranging from 0-30 mm in size.
The output quality is inspected by testing color parameters, particle size distribution, powder content, and material humidity following our high standards of quality measurements.

Stage 2
Further processing occurs at our plant, located 17 km from our main quarry and on the outskirts of the capital Amman, placing it at the heart of Jordan’s industrial activity.
It is also in close proximity to the Desert Highway, which connects Jordan to all neighboring countries.
This allows us to best serve our regional customers via the various land routes to the Gulf and Iraq and Jordan’s only sea route, the Port of Aqaba.
From there, we can meet the demand of countless other countries around the world.
